Try performing a full body scan to see how your feelings manifest physically. For example, does anxiety feel like butterflies in your stomach or tightness in your chest? Does a humorous or positive thought feel like a sudden splash or like something bubbling up? Try leaning into these physical sensations and viewing them as guideposts or a foundation for your decisions.
If you keep an ongoing log of yoir intuitive responses and their eventual outcomes, you will likely see thos skil grow and develop over the coming months.
